James Hotson
Joining GHA has marked a refreshing change of pace for James—and his two cats! In 2024 he left London to embrace village life in Cambridgeshire.
He has a background in small dynamic architectural firms. Previously he worked at award winning architecture studios in London specialising in high-quality bespoke residential projects. He enjoys collaborating with clients to develop original designs from concept stage, through planning and construction to practical completion.
James has a BA (Hons) Architecture from the University of Manchester and an MArch Masters of Architecture from University of Brighton. In 2019 he completed his Part 3 and qualified as an architect at the celebrated Architectural Association School of Architecture.
When his cats allow, you’ll find James enjoying a game of chess or exploring Cambridgeshire’s countryside on his bike.
