25,000 sq ft Distribution Centre Kimbolton

We designed and project managed the construction of a 25,000 square feet packing and distribution centre. We initially worked with the client to develop their brief, including a detailed analysis of their processes.

With Planning permission obtained and a start on site imminent the American owners requested a significant enlargement of the building, with potentially lengthy delays as a result. We negotiated a rapid agreement with the Planning authority and the contractor, which enabled us to meet the original start date.
