Mixed Use Newmarket Road

This mixed-use site on Newmarket Road sits within the Cambridge City Council ‘Eastern Gate Development Framework’ area. The proposals reuse and extend the existing buildings to provide a larger retail unit and a total of 12 one bedroom flats and a small landscaped courtyard.

The buildings would be wrapped in a new brick skin, to enhance the appearance and improve the gateway to the adjacent residential area.
